New Online Ordering System!

We regret that we are unable to take credit card payments by telephone at present

We have implemented online ordering , driven by PayPal for most products & we can accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or PayPal account payments on these pages, or by email. You do not need a PayPal account, nor do you need to open one (although you will be invited to do so by PayPal). Just use the online ordering system, or click the button on your email & pay using PayPal's secure online site. Even if not ordering online, you can use the shopping basket to generate your order, then just print it & post it.

If the online ordering system is not implemented for the relevant page, please e-mail with your requirements. You will receive an email with a payment button.

Postage Charges

Orders priced up to £ 35.00 are sent First Class, Orders over £35.00 - Special Delivery (Registered Post). Both are fully insured. The maximum weight for special delivery is 2 kg. & in these cases we send as multiple packages. Perches are sent Parcelforce (Fully Insured) and are charged for separately.

Multiple & Overseas Orders: The online ordering system will add up the total postage, & display it in your SHOPPING BASKET. However, sometimes customers order products valued over £35 and yet the total postage is insufficient for Special Delivery.

• Please ensure you are being charged at least £8 for multiple goods orders valued over £35.
• For EU customers (inc. R.o.I.) please add 100% P&P
• For customers outside EU (Europe) please add 200% P&P
• Additional customs charges may apply outside EU
